Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective Date: 01.04.2026

At AQSE.in ("AQSE", "we", "us", or "our"), we aim to provide reliable and convenient delivery of products purchased through our platform.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful order confirmation and, where applicable, successful payment verification.

The processing time may vary depending on:

  • Product availability

  • Seller processing time

  • Product type and size

  • Delivery location

  • Payment verification

  • Customisation, if applicable

  • Installation requirements

  • Other circumstances specific to the order

The estimated dispatch and delivery date, where available, will be displayed on the product page, checkout page, order confirmation or tracking information.

An order may contain products from different sellers and may therefore be dispatched or delivered separately.

2. Marketplace Orders

AQSE may operate as a marketplace connecting buyers with independent sellers.

Where a product is sold by an independent seller, the seller may be responsible for preparing and handing over the product for shipment, while AQSE and/or its logistics partners may facilitate delivery.

The applicable seller and fulfilment information will be displayed where available.

3. Delivery Areas

AQSE aims to deliver to serviceable locations across India.

Delivery availability depends on the product, seller, logistics partner, destination PIN code, product size/weight and other operational considerations.

Certain products may not be available for delivery to particular locations due to logistics, regulatory, safety, manufacturer or seller restrictions.

4. Delivery Charges

Applicable shipping or delivery charges, if any, will be displayed before the order is placed.

Delivery charges may vary based on:

  • Product size and weight

  • Delivery location

  • Number of items

  • Seller

  • Shipping method

  • Special handling requirements

  • Installation or other additional services

Any applicable charges will be shown to the customer at the relevant stage of checkout.

5. Delivery Timelines

Delivery estimates are indicative unless a specific delivery commitment is expressly stated.

Actual delivery may vary due to:

  • Seller processing delays

  • Logistics delays

  • Weather or natural events

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • Strikes or other operational disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Remote or difficult-to-service locations

  • Government or regulatory restrictions

  • Events beyond reasonable control

AQSE will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed about significant delivery delays.

6. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers may track their order using the tracking information provided by AQSE, the seller or the applicable logistics partner.

Tracking information may take some time to update after an order has been dispatched.

7. Delivery Attempts

The delivery partner may make one or more delivery attempts depending on its operational procedures.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and being reasonably available to receive the order.

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the package, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to the seller or AQSE.

Any refund, re-shipment or additional delivery charges in such circumstances will be handled according to the applicable order and policy.

8. Address Changes

Customers should verify their delivery address before placing an order.

A request to change the delivery address after an order has been placed may not always be possible, particularly after dispatch.

AQSE or the seller may accept or reject an address-change request depending on the order status and logistics arrangements.

9. Inspection at Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery.

If the package appears visibly damaged, opened, tampered with or materially different from the expected shipment, the customer should:

  1. Inform the delivery personnel where possible.

  2. Record photographs or video of the package and shipping label.

  3. Note the issue in the delivery record, where the option is available.

  4. Contact AQSE/customer support as soon as reasonably possible.

For certain high-value, fragile, electronic or appliance products, additional delivery or open-box procedures may apply.

10. Damaged Products

If a product is received damaged, customers should report the issue promptly through the applicable return/complaint process.

The customer may be asked to provide:

  • Order number

  • Photographs or video

  • Packaging photographs

  • Shipping label

  • Product serial number/IMEI, where applicable

  • Description of the damage

  • Other information reasonably required to investigate the claim

Depending on the circumstances and applicable policy, the resolution may include replacement, repair, refund or another appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights available to consumers under applicable law.

11. Wrong, Missing or Incomplete Items

If you receive:

  • A different product from what was ordered;

  • A missing product;

  • Missing accessories or components;

  • An incorrect quantity; or

  • A materially different product,

please contact AQSE/customer support promptly.

We may request photographs, videos, packaging details, product serial numbers and other information necessary to investigate the issue.

The applicable resolution may include replacement, missing-item delivery, repair, refund or another appropriate remedy.

12. Electronics and Appliances

For electronics, appliances and other products requiring installation, demonstration or technical servicing:

  • Delivery and installation may occur separately.

  • Installation may be performed by the manufacturer, authorised service provider, seller or another designated service provider.

  • Delivery of the product does not necessarily mean that installation is included.

  • Installation charges, if applicable, will be communicated separately or displayed during purchase where available.

  • Customers should follow the manufacturer's installation and safety instructions.

Warranty coverage may depend on installation being performed by an authorised service provider where the manufacturer's warranty terms require it.

13. Large, Heavy or Special-Handling Products

Large appliances, furniture, machinery, equipment and other heavy or special-handling products may require additional delivery arrangements.

Such products may have:

  • Different delivery timelines;

  • Additional transportation charges;

  • Restricted delivery locations;

  • Scheduled delivery;

  • Special access requirements;

  • Separate installation arrangements.

Customers should ensure that the delivery location has suitable access for the product, including stairs, lifts, doorways and other relevant access conditions.

14. Multiple Products and Multiple Sellers

If an order contains products from different sellers or warehouses, products may be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates.

Separate tracking information may be provided where available.

A delay or cancellation affecting one product does not necessarily mean that other products in the same order will be affected.

15. Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, eligibility may depend on the delivery location, product, order value, seller and other applicable conditions.

The customer must pay the applicable amount at the time of delivery.

COD may not be available for all products or locations.

16. Delivery Refusal

Customers should not refuse delivery merely because of a change of mind where the product is otherwise correctly delivered.

For damaged, incorrect or materially defective shipments, customers should follow the applicable return or complaint process.

Unauthorised or repeated delivery refusals may affect future COD or delivery eligibility, subject to applicable law and legitimate business requirements.

17. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If an order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, AQSE and/or the seller may investigate the shipment with the logistics provider.

Depending on the circumstances, the customer may be offered an appropriate resolution, which may include re-shipment or refund.

Customers should contact AQSE if the expected delivery period has passed and the order has not been received.

18. Returned-to-Origin Shipments

An order may be returned to the seller or AQSE if delivery cannot be completed because of circumstances such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address;

  • Customer unavailability;

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts;

  • Refusal of delivery;

  • Location being outside the serviceable area; or

  • Other legitimate logistics reasons.

Any refund or re-shipment will be handled in accordance with the applicable order, seller terms and refund/return policy.

19. Delivery Partners

AQSE may use third-party logistics and courier partners to deliver orders.

Delivery partners may have their own operational procedures regarding delivery attempts, tracking, identification and proof of delivery.

AQSE may share necessary order and delivery information with such service providers to fulfil the order, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

20. Proof of Delivery

Delivery may be confirmed through methods such as:

  • Delivery confirmation;

  • OTP verification;

  • Signature;

  • Photograph;

  • Digital confirmation; or

  • Other delivery records used by the applicable logistics provider.

Customers should keep their order confirmation, invoice and delivery records where reasonably necessary.

21. Delivery of Restricted or Regulated Products

Certain products may be subject to additional delivery restrictions, documentation, age requirements, geographical restrictions or other legal requirements.

AQSE and/or the seller may restrict or refuse delivery where required by applicable law or where the product cannot legally or safely be delivered to the specified location.

22. Delivery During Exceptional Circumstances

Delivery may be delayed or temporarily suspended due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, accidents, epidemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, civil disturbances, technical failures or other unforeseen events.

AQSE will make reasonable efforts to resume delivery and communicate material delays where practicable.

23. Shipping and Returns

Shipping a product to the customer and returning a product are separate processes.

Return shipping, reverse pickup and associated costs will be governed by the applicable Returns & Refunds Policy, product-specific terms and applicable law.

24. Changes to This Policy

AQSE may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, logistics arrangements, technology or applicable law.

The updated version will be published on this page with the revised effective date.
